The September incident involved an aircraft travelling from Austin Texas to the Bahamas, regulators have confirmed.
An Amazon Boeing 767 overran the runway at Miami International Airport in September, killing five people on an adjacent road.
The aircraft had departed Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas and was bound for North Eleuthera Airport in the Bahamas. FOX 13 Tampa Bay reported the origin and destination on 1 November 2026.
The FAA confirmed the route, and stated nine people were aboard the aircraft at the time of the overrun.
